More than a rain jacket
We took the best out of cycling and hiking jackets and combined it into one sleek jacket.
The Urban Jacket is designed for adventurers to defy elements in the city.
Like cycling to the pub, in the rain. Adventures.
Care & washing instructions
We’d always recommend you hand-wash your Urban Jacket, but alternatively, you can use a washing machine if you follow these steps:
Simply put your Urban Jacket in a pillow case (or even better, a micro-plastic washing bag) and knot the ends together. Use mild detergent, with warm water (max 30°C), on a delicate cycle. Rinse twice.
Once that's done, hang it on a coat hanger, and let it air dry.
Do not use biological agents, fabric softener, tumble dry or iron.
I liked my jacket so much, I bought my hubby one too. He is warm and dry and loves the dark green with orange zips. The material is softer and warmer than topical waterproofs.
I gave this jacket to my cousin a Christmas gift. She loved it and it received praises from everybody else - stylish and ecological, can’t go wrong! :)
Just tried it out and I'm really impressed. The things I thought would work well did and it's much warmer than it seems. The adjustable cuffs are a dream and the stretch in them meant even though I forgot to put my wheelchair gloves on before putting my jacket on I didn't have to take the jacket off and put the gloves on and put the jacket back on 😅 the reach in the arms is awesome for full use of wheels. Another thing I really like is the o ring pull this is actually super helpful for people who have issues with grip or holding onto small things. The hood was a bit hard for me to get out so for wheelchair users with dexterity worse than mine that could be an issue but once out it was easy to use and actually stayed up which is a huge issue wheelchair users have. I'm also in love with the pattern! It's so nice to have a piece of clothing that fits my access needs and also looks fashionable.
