Lifetime Warranty

Every Labo Mono bag is backed by a lifetime warranty. If a manufacturing defect shows up, whether that's a zip, a buckle, stitching, or fabric failure, we'll repair or replace it.

We design and improve the same products, production after production. This warranty is the confidence that comes with that.

Our Lifetime Warranty covers:

  • Our bags, straps, carabiners, phone strap adapters, and packing cubes
  • Manufacturing defects 
  • Any failure caused by a defect in materials or workmanship that makes part or all of your product non-functional

Our Lifetime Warranty does not cover:

  • Items not listed above. They are guaranteed against defects, but are excluded from our standard Lifetime Warranty
  • Normal wear and tear - scuffs, fading, and surface marks that come with regular use
  • Cosmetic changes that don't affect function - a bit of character is a good thing
  • Small variations in stitching, tape alignment, and finishing. Each bag is hand-stitched and these are a natural part of how handmade goods are made
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or modification
  • Lost or stolen products
  • Products purchased from unauthorised sellers
  • Products other than bag or straps

How we handle replacements

We'll either repair or replace the product. When possible, we may issue replacements from open-box or refurbished stock — fully inspected and guaranteed to the same standard as a new product. If your exact product or colourway is no longer available, we'll offer a comparable replacement in the same or better condition. 

How to make a claim

  1. Send us a message via our Contact Page, with your order number
  2. Include a photo of the issue
  3. We'll review it — usually within 2-3 working days
  4. If approved, we'll either repair or replace your item. Please note that delivery fees are to be covered by the customer.

A few things to know

  • You'll need proof of purchase — an order confirmation or email receipt is fine
  • The warranty applies to the original purchaser. If you received it as a gift, we'll do our best to help, but we may need the original order details
  • This warranty sits alongside your statutory consumer rights under UK and EU law — it doesn't replace them
  • We reserve the right to update this policy in the future

Our side and yours

We've built this brand on making gear we're genuinely proud of, and standing behind it when something goes wrong. We ask that you hold up your end too — use your gear as it's meant to be used, and don't treat this warranty as a replacement programme. We reserve the right to decline claims where a product has been intentionally damaged or used well beyond its intended purpose.

Liability

Our products are designed and tested to work safely in everyday use. Labo Mono is not liable for damage to personal belongings, devices, or equipment carried in or attached to our products, or for any injury resulting from product use.
