Shipping policy

If for some reason it appears we do not ship to your country, please drop us a line on hello@labomono.com and let us know, we will find a way!

We do our best to make sure your Labo Mono products arrive at your door as quickly as possible. We are still a small team, but you can expect your order to arrive within a week.
For all UK, EU & USA customers: Your order will be sent with no additional import duty fees or taxes to pay.
For all other countries: Import duties or taxes may be applied by your local customs office. If you don't pay the applicable duties and taxes and the item is returned to us, we will deduct any duties, taxes or fees incurred by us from your refund.
We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses, hospitals, airports and prisons.
Please note that shipping and handling charges include more than just postage. They also cover transportation insurance, personnel costs for shipping employees and packaging.
We’re unable to deliver on public holidays so please allow an extra working day.
