Refund policy

 

Wanna exchange a product or get a refund on a purchase you made on our website?

No probs! You can return or exchange your order within 14 days of delivery. In December, we extend this to 30 days for full price items.

Items can be tried at home to check sizing, but we will unfortunately have to refuse or charge a restocking fee for any item worn outside, used, stained, with dirty soles, damaged tags, missing tags, or missing freebies you may have received with your order.

Once the item has been received at our premises, we will process and inspect within 7 days, upon which point the refund or exchange will be issued automatically upon acceptance.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us on support@labomono.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the product. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

 

🇬🇧 For UK customers:

Exchanges:
We offer one free return label for your first exchange on any items that are not part of the Archive Sale, and we’ll cover the delivery back to you.

Refunds:
We kindly ask you to cover part of the return costs.

We will send you a pre-paid return label (£5) deducted from your refunded amount.
Delivery fees are non-refundable.

🇪🇺 For EU customers:

We kindly ask customers to cover the return postage.
Please send your unused item(s) to our return centre in France.
In case of an exchange, we will send your new item(s) free of charge, on any items that are not part of the Archive Sale.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach us, and we recommend using a tracked service.
Delivery fees are non-refundable.

🌎 For International customers:

We kindly ask customers to cover the return postage.
Please send your unused item(s) to our UK return centre using the return method of your choice.

If you'd like an exchange, please place a new order on our website.
Delivery fees are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation 

Changed your mind? No problem. You can cancel your order up to 30min of placing it by visiting your order status page.

After that, your order will be sent to our pick and pack team and will follow its journey to you. If more than 30 minutes have passed, please reach out to us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help. If cancellation is still possible at that stage, a small 3.5% cancellation fee may apply.

Shops & Wholesale clients: please note that returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
