Shipping & Returns

All our products are shipped from our warehouse in the UK 🇬🇧 or in France 🇫🇷

Yep! We ship worldwide. If there's any issue at checkout, please contact us.

For UK, EU & US customers, it's nothing to worry about: the price you see is the final price you pay.

For other International customers, please refer to you local post for parcels shipped from the UK or France.

You can expect the following estimates:

🇬🇧 UK: 2-3 working days
🇪🇺 EU: 4-7 working days
🌍 International: 7-12 working days

We accept returns & exchanges within a 14 day period from the moment you receive your order.

Items can be tried at home to check sizing, but we will unfortunately have to refuse any item worn outside, used, stained, or without tags.

- We offer a free return label for your first Exchange, for all UK customers.

Recycled kraft, reduced materials, personalised and packed with care.

We reuse all our internal warehouse packaging from one production to another, extending its lifespan to the fullest before it's needed to be recycled.

Our Jackets

Just an internet one! At this stage, our warehouse has no cellar door and local pickup is not available. To meet IRL, we’d love to see you at one of our meet ups, events or pop ups 🍻

Yes! We are very proud of our new Repaired/Reloved service. Simply send us a picture of the issue to repairs@labomono.com and we'll get back to you.

Repairs aren't free unfortunately, but we do participate in the cost to make it as little as possible for you.

Each repair covers paying our repair professional, spare parts, return label, and delivery back to you. Please note that we don't make any profit on repairs.

This service is currently only available at our UK warehouse, and are hoping to offer it to our EU warehouse soon.

In addition to our repair service, you can now send us any of your old Labo Mono jacket and receive a discount code on our store, while we upcycle it. No matter how old or damaged it is.

Your old jacket will either get repaired, re-proofed, given to charity, or upcycled into new products and repair kits. So we can extend even more jackets’ lives as they come in for a repair.


Alright. To start the process, just send us a picture of your old jacket and describe any big damage to reloved@labomono.com . We’ll assess the rest and get the ball rolling.

Created in 2018 in Hackney, London by Ali Namdari (me 🥸), French designer & adventure-lover.
It all started because I needed a better rain jacket for my everyday life & outdoor explorations.

Today, we are an indie outdoor company that makes unique gear & clothing, designed & tested from UK & French trails.
