Hey! I’m really sorry this has taken so long. We do have an investigation open with the carrier, and we’re still actively working on this from our side. We’ve also remained in contact throughout and have never dismissed or closed the case. I do understand how frustrating it is to be waiting this long without a clear timeframe.
