Item not delivered despite email stating it had been. Ongoing investigation into where the item is, but now it has been about 4 weeks past when I expected delivery. I did enquire but no action could be taken whilst awaiting investigation, and no other solution offered despite hoping to have product at this stage. I was keen to have product but i have no clear timeframe on when that will happen

Weâve also remained in contact throughout and have never dismissed or closed the case. I do understand how frustrating it is to be waiting this long without a clear timeframe. Itâs even better than i thought it would be. The rope strap is comfortable (i was a little apprehensive about it before ordering), and the bag is really well made and thought out.
A few people have baulked at the price when ive told them, but every time ive said its worth it.
Plenty of people on commented on how nice it is though.
Very happy with it and im now using it everyday.

Iâm not fully satisfied with my purchase because the information provided on the website about the Bike Strap Kit combo is not clear enough regarding what is actually included. While the straps are what I expected, the cord included in the kit is not the one shown or advertised on the website and cannot be used to secure the bag to the body as I expected. For this reason, the purchase did not meet my expectations, mainly due to a lack of clarity in the product description and presentation.

I have had many sling bags, little backpacks, or specialistic bags. LaboMono thought about it all and I can honestly say it is best I ever got. I have Large Bag in Dune color with regular black strap. Very good materials makes LaboMono reliable. With regular strap it holds on Your back firmly and doesnt move anywhere. Strap is also very light and comfortable, without sharp feeling of material on Your shoulder. I may not use every pocket it has inside, but I use 7/10 of them which made my stuff really easy and quick to find. Large Bag can fit easily Nintendo Switch 1 which was initially bought with that purpose in mind (even Switch1 inside cover) and also Teenage Engineering : Op1 / OpXY / Field System. I didnt tried to fit NS2 yet.
