Refund policy

Wanna exchange a product or get a refund on a purchase you made on our website?

No probs! We accept returns & exchanges within a 14-day period from the delivery date of your original order. 

Items can be tried at home to check sizing, but we will unfortunately have to refuse any item worn outside, used, stained, with dirty soles, damaged tags, missing tags, or missing freebies you may have received with your order.

🇬🇧 UK customers:

Exchanges:
We offer x1 free return label for your first Exchange, and we'll cover the re-delivery to you.

Refunds:
We kindly ask you to cover part of the return costs

We will send you a pre-paid return label (£5.5) deducted from your refunded amount.
Delivery fees are non-refundable.

🇪🇺 For EU customers:

We kindly ask customers to cover the return postage.
Please send your unused item(s) to our return centre in France.
In case of an exchange, we will send your new item(s) free of charge.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach us, and we recommend using a tracked service.

🌎 For International customers:

We kindly ask customers to cover the return postage.
Please send your unused item(s) to our UK return centre using the return method of your choice.
We recommend using a tracked service, as the goods are your responsibility until they reach us.

In case of an exchange, please place a new order on our website.
